It is surprisingly simple to buy a woodland site from Lochaber Estates. In contrast to buying a house there are no chains, no furniture, no leases and no legal charges to register or release. The land is freehold and your boundaries will be clearly marked.  Where possible we make sure that the boundary divisions use natural boundaries such as roads, rivers and tracks. We also mark the corners with indicative stakes.

All sites have rights of vehicular access and the sale price includes all your legal costs, if you use our recommended Scottish solicitor.

After your purchase is completed we carry on looking after you!  We  can suggest local contractors if you need professional assistance. We can also join you up - at no cost for you - to the Small Woods Association.
