Sites Half of the sites have a frontage onto the public road and all sites have legal access from the road over private tracks that cross Keil Hill. These tracks are gated, to preserve your privacy, and you will receive keys as part of the process of purchase. Prices Sites 1 - 33 inclusive are priced at £6,450 (approximately US$13,000) and most are somewhat larger than half an acre. All have a frontage onto the public road, but vehicular access would be impractical. Sites 34 to 65 inclusive are priced at £4,950 (approximately US$10,000) and are exactly half an acre or thereabouts. All prices are "all in" with absolutely no additional charges being due for anything. There are no taxes, no maintenance charges, no insurance, no legal fees; nothing!
